The highest penthouse west of the Mississippi River is for sale for $42 million, according to press materials.
At 700 feet high, the full-floor unit at the 181 Fremont Residences, which are anticipated to be the tallest residences in San Francisco, are designed by interior designer Orlando Diaz Azcuy.
The 6,941-square-foot, top-floor penthouse consists of five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms, with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout for 360-degree views of the entire city, the Golden Gate Bridge, Treasure Island, and beyond.
“The Penthouse at the 181 Fremont Residences is beyond compare,” says Matt Lituchy, chief information officer of project developer Jay Paul Company. “Not only does it afford future owners access to the highest residence on the West Coast; it also offers the most premium amenities and the opportunity to live in a custom-designed home in the sky by Orlando Diaz-Azcuy.
Polished brass door handles, Valcucine glass cabinets, and Italian Calacatta Carrara marble are some of the finest details found throughout the penthouse design.
“Every detail, angle, and finish has been meticulously considered to capitalize on the extraordinary location and views, and to deliver the most luxurious expression of living in San Francisco and beyond,” Lituchy adds.
On the 52nd level, exclusive amenities, including a wrap-around observation terrace, a fitness center with a yoga room, two lounges, a library, a catering kitchen, and a conference room, encompass the entire floor.
The penthouse owners will have direct access to the amenities floor, as well as the 5.4-acre park above the Transbay Terminal, which is connected to 181 Fremont.
The $630 million mixed-use, 70-story office and residential tower in San Francisco’s SOMA neighborhood is designed is expected to redefine luxury living in the city.
The penthouse will be ready for move-in in 2018, when the residences will be completed.
