Actress Jennifer Lawrence, well known for her starring roles in Passengers The Hunger Games films, is renting out her apartment at 443 Greenwich Street in New York City, The Real Deal reported.
Now asking $27,500 per month, her 3,184-square-foot, three-bedroom residence in Tribeca was initially listed for rent for $30,000 per month in February, with no interest.
Designed by CetraRuddy Architects, the apartment, with high ceilings and an open kitchen, is lined with reclaimed wood and wide plank white-oak floors, and is finished with marble and stainless steel accents.
The renter will have direct access to a key-locked elevator, as well as to a plethora of amenities, such as a 71-foot indoor lap pool, a fitness center with private studios, a climate controlled wine cellar, an underground parking garage, a 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof deck, and a 24-hour concierge service, among many other exclusivities, according the property website.
Lawrence, who is currently filming Red Sparrow in London, bought the unit earlier this year for $9,030,000 million.
Other celebrities who live in the building include Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Harry Styles, and British Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton.
The listing is held by Pamela D’Arc of Stribling & Associates.
