For those who missed our tour of Kurt Rappaport's jaw-dropping mansion in Malibu (courtesy of Architectural Digest), here's your chance to peek inside the incredible behemoth, which the real estate bigwig recently put on the rental market for a whopping $750,000 a month.
Situated on the Pacific Coast Highway, the ultra-modern beach house, which offers 15,000 square feet of open and airy interior living space, cost $60 million to create—an investment well worth it, given that it's brought the property's value up to an eye-popping $100 million.
Rappaport reportedly compared the design and construction process of the sumptuous seven-bedroom, 10-bath residence to the filming of Titanic, saying, "We didn't know how long it would take or how much it would cost, but we were certain it was going to be great."
The estate also features the longest private pool in California: a 168-foot outdoor natatorium that apparently resembles the monolith from 2001: A Space Odyssey.
