Celine Dion's Water Park Mansion

One of the many real estate gems Celine Dion has in her cache is this stunning beachfront home in Jupiter, Florida currently on the market for $62.5 million—down from its original $72 million price tag.

The property features a plethora of water park-like features, including a manmade river; a large pool that winds through the property with bridges, gazebos, water slides, and water gun stations, plus another pool on the ocean side of the house.

Situated on six acres along the Atlantic Ocean in one of the priciest neighborhoods in the United States, the singer's Bahamian-style residence showcases 10,000 square feet of living space consisting of eight bedrooms and a 415-foot stretch of private beach. Five pavilions rest on the estate in addition to its main house, including a double four-bedroom guesthouse (with eight extra bedrooms); a tennis house with a simulated golf range; a giant master closet with electric racks and a revolving shoe carousel; a pool house with a separate kitchen; a beach house with a second floor sleeping loft; and a massage room. Tennis, basketball, and croquet courts and a children's playhouse also sit on the property's grounds.

Robin Williams' Napa Winery

The late Robin Williams' Villa Sorriso—poised atop the Mayacama Mountains between the valleys of Napa and Sonoma—lies on 23 acres of vineyards and olive groves, with around 653 acres broken up into six parcels.

The 20,000-square-foot estate consists of five bedrooms, six full baths, five half-baths, a library, a theater, an elevator, climate-controlled cellars for art and wine, a bridge gallery, and a viewing tower touting views of the valley below. Adorned with antique European stone terraces that surround pools and sculpture gardens, the "smart" home also features three safe rooms and a 65-foot infinity pool. The property—which adjoins the thousands of acres of Sugarloaf State Park—has roads ideal for horseback riding, as well as a stable.

The fruitful, Tuscan-style estate features over 100 olive trees that collectively produce 30-50 gallons of oil per year, while its 18.4 acres of vineyards yield Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc wines.

Jane Fonda's Forked Lightning Ranch

American actress, writer, and former model Jane Fonda's historic ranch—located 30 minutes outside of Santa Fe—has served as a retreat from her busy life for almost fourteen years.

Now on the market for 19.5 million, the Spanish Colonial-style home—originally built by rodeo entrepreneur Tex Austin and formerly owned by British actress Greer Garson—offers 9,600 square feet of living space including six bedrooms and four baths. Among the property's other noteworthy facets are a swimming pool and a bell tower. Fonda built the estate's current main structure—The River House—and transformed the former chief building, a hacienda, into a 2,125-square-foot guesthouse. In addition, she converted a barn that sits on the property into a 12-stall stable with a ranch office and gym. A log guesthouse also offers another 3,400 square feet of living space. Also up for grabs via separate negotiation is Fonda's vast personal literary, art, antiques, and Navajo rug collections, along with the home's furniture, ranch equipment, and machinery.

Christie Brinkley's Beach Home

Located on Turks and Caicos' Parrot Cay—an exclusive, oceanfront resort of 1,000 lush acres blessed with over a mile of white powder beach—former model Christie Brinkley's tropical Lucky House rests on 1.6 acres.

Featuring a 3,400-square-foot main house comprised of three bedrooms touting ocean views and four baths (including a master suite situated in its own detached pavilion only steps from the sand), the estate features 200 feet of private beach along with an infinity pool, a terrace, and gardens, on top of a two-bedroom guesthouse and golf-buggy garage. Residents of the plush resort enjoy a slew of amenities, including a range of holistic, Asian-inspired therapies, yoga, and Pilates. Other services include estate management, private butler and daily maid services, and in-villa dining. When not occupied by its owner, the estate—currently touting a $9 million price tag (down from its original $10.75 million asking) can be put into rental management (in the past, it has been rented for over $8,000 a day).

Kenny Rogers' Atlanta Mansion

Legendary musician Kenny Rogers' North Buckhead home is now on the market for $3.75 million—over a million less than its original asking.
