In an unprecedented collaboration with the Trump Orgnanization, Dorya International introduces "Trump Home," an exquisite furniture line featuring 50 high quality pieces, inspired by the many diverse locations and architectural structures of Trump properties across the globe. Recently displayed at the International Home Furnishings Market at High Point, the contemporary collection was first unveiled last February at a gala event in Istanbul.
“We are thrilled to partner with Dorya, extending the Trump Home brand into the luxury market for furniture,” says Cathy Hoffman Glosser, the Trump Organization's executive vice president of global licensing. “Dorya’s reputation for impeccable quality, compelling style, and unique handcrafted design makes [the company] a wonderful partner to create beautiful furniture that conveys the sophistication synonymous with the Trump name.”
The Collection, which can be purchased through select Trump Home Galleries, is a perfect embodiment of the luxury, elegance and sophistication of the Trump lifestyle. Along with ten finishes, a plush amalgam of luxe materials—including 50 exclusive European textiles and 15 different leathers—distinguish the opulent collection, which is flavored by a hint of couture due to its wide spectrum of eye-catching, light colored neutral patterns, reflective textures, and exotic leather detailing pillows.
While some of its pieces are peppered with grey, metallic and fume tones combined with stainless steel and marble, others feature warmer hues mixed with bronze and cream, set against black lacquer or espresso mahogany and accented with French gold detailing. As a whole, the line reflects a brilliant contrast between light and dark.
It was not only important for us to hit the high notes on the expectation for this collection but display our company’s range of extraordinary craftsmanship talents and abilities,” says Megan Perry, Dorya’s creative director. “There is an endless curiosity for us to uncover designs that complement the modern lifestyle. We wanted to create a collection that would be different and unique to the Trump name but still show Dorya’s superior quality.”
