The luxe development—set to officially open this winter—will tout a nature-inspired theme, featuring tasteful driftwood furnishings that complement the surrounding area's abundance of lush organic material.
The structure—which will be comprised of 156 residences ranging in price from $1.2 million to $15 million, and 406 hotel guest rooms—will offer a myriad of high-end amenities, including a 26,000-square-foot rooftop pool (South Beach's largest), an 18-story ultra lounge, and four restaurants, one of which is a sumptuous eatery created in collaboration with award-winning chef Tom Colicchio and STK by the One Group.
The sun-kissed development's state-of-the-art hotel suites—which average over 1,000 square feet—will come complete with all-natural bath products, glass enclosed walk-in showers with dual shower heads, 50-inch, high-definition televisions, full kitchens, washers and dryers, fully stocked mini bars, and a water filtration system.
1 Hotel & Homes South Beach will also boast an infinity-edge pool surrounded by a 50,000-square-foot deck peppered with private cabanas, as well as a wellness center and spa also that will offer an assortment of classes. The development will also provide 100,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor meeting and event space, including a 6,500-square-foot ballroom that accommodates up to a thousand people, and an expansive beach club.
