On the 76th floor of one of the tallest and most iconic residential buildings in the Western Hemisphere, a Frank Gehry-designed penthouse has been offered for rent for the second time in history at $45,000 a month.
Occupying its own wing in New York by Gehry,, the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residence, spanning 3,771 square feet, is one of the only units in the tower that was designed by architect Frank Gehry.
“The penthouse at New York by Gehry is more than an apartment; it is a residential sculpture designed as the paradigm of luxury living,” says listing agent David Alex Andrejko of Douglas Elliman.
