Our friends at TopTenRealEstateDeals.com have rounded up a mix eye-popping homes around the world, from Kenny Rogers' Liongate estate, to Miami Beach's most expensive penthouse.

#1: Historic Texas Waggoner Ranch

The second largest ranch in the country to be owned by a single family behind one fence since it was first established in 1849, the Waggoner Ranch—a 510,527-acre swath in northern Texas—is now up for grabs for $725 million.

Historic Texas Waggoner Ranch

Home to thousands of cattle, hundreds of horses, 1,200 producing oil wells, and almost 30,000 acres of already cultivated farmland (and thousands more suitable), the mammoth property—which offers a nationally-known horse program and recreation opportunities—is the most significant listing to hit the market in years.

Akin to the European nation of Luxembourg in size, the ranch features 2,000 miles of internal road; several ginormous lakes (which cover 1,000 to 16,000 acres each); two main owner compounds; and multiple houses for the senior managers and cowboys who manage the land. A charming hunting lodge and close to 20 cowboy outposts for herding and cattle working operations also sit on the grounds, which is home to a variety of animals including turkey, deer, quail, dove, waterfowl, and feral hogs.

The incredible sale includes two homes: Santa Rosa, the former home of Waggoner Ranch heir and sculptor Electra Biggs; and the Zacaweista estate, a southwest-style abode built for another female heir (also named Electra). 42% of the entire mineral estate—along with all permanent improvements such as rolling stock, ranch equipment, cattle and horse inventory, and the Waggoner Office Building in nearby Vernon, Texas—is also part of the deal.

#2: Hamptons Oceanfront Contemporary

Sited in one of the most expensive residential enclaves in the country, this modern new construction—currently priced at $29.95 million—lies on a crest by the beach along Flying Point Road in Southampton, New York.

Designed to provide maximum water views with glass walls that magically disappear into the floors at the touch of a button, the 3,592-square-foot, single-floor estate sits on one-and-a-half acres and features four bedrooms, four baths, and a pool house that showcases a lounge area and entertainment space.

#3: Kenny Rogers' Liongate Estate

One of the many California estates famed singer Kenny Rogers magically flipped in the '70s is this colossal estate known as Liongate, named for the two stone lions that guard its entrance.

Kenny Rogers’ Liongate Sells For $50 Million

Recently sold for $46 million by its current owners—who transformed what was once a home measuring only 9,359 square feet, to a mansion nearly two-and-a-half times that size—the residence sits on a 1.62-acre swath in Atlanta. It consists of 11 bedrooms (including a 3,000-square-foot master) and 17 baths, not to mention three living rooms, a ballroom, a large movie theater, a glass elevator, and a newly-built guesthouse. A tennis court, two fountains, a pool and spa, and enough space to park 25 garage also lie on its grounds.

The monumental sale—represented by Mia Trudeau of Hilton & Hyland—marks the greatest exchange in L.A. so far this year.

#4: Sin City Mega Mansion with Ferrari Red Kitchen

Stashed in the exclusive golfing community of Queensbridge in Las Vegas, this mega mansion—designed by popular architect Richard Luke—stands at the end of a cul-de-sac on 2.5 private acres overlooking the Badlands Golf Course, miles of greenery, and faraway mountains.

The awesome abode—now priced at $9.9 million—features 35,000 square feet of living space spanning three stories, comprised of five bedrooms (including a 1,058-square-foot master suite with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wraparound balcony, and a custom-size bed twice as large as a California king). The property also touts ten bathhouses; a double-deck pool linked by a waterfall; a theater; a wine cellar; an indoor half-basketball court and racquetball court; a weight room with a juice bar; and multiple formal and family rooms, along with an outdoor kitchen. Perhaps its most noteworthy feature, however, is the Ferrari Red kitchen by Pininfarina, the Italian auto brand's design company.

#5: Miami Beach's Most Expensive Penthouse

One of the penthouses in The Edition, a coveted residential in Miami Beach, this jaw-dropping triplex—now asking $27.5 million—offers 5,246 square feet of interior living space on top of 3,000 square feet of outdoor area.
