Originally priced at a head-turning $190M, timber businessman John Rudney’s scenic Copper Beech Farm Greenwich CT estate just sold to mysterious buyer “Conservation Institute LLC.” Though it only went for 61% of the official asking price ($120M), it rivaled Montana’s Broken O Ranch price from 2012.
