Donald Trump recently sold one of his condo apartments at Trump Park Avenue. The unit, which went on the market towards the end of last year, was originally listed at $16.8 million, but sold for $14.05 million.

The 4,200-square-foot unit has four bedrooms; spans the entire 27th floor; and features oak floors, handcrafted Italian brass doorknobs, and views of Park Avenue. The spacious apartment was recently renovated and had been rented before being put up for sale.

Trump had never actually lived in the apartment. He gained ownership of the property following his purchase of the building for $115 million in 2001. Trump Park Avenue––the 32-story residential building––was once the Delmonico Hotel.

Though Trump had never used the unit as a home of his own, the new owner is said to have plans to use the multi-million-dollar pad as a full-time residence.

The current presidential candidate, Trump, who in July of last year sold a Trump Park Avenue penthouse for $21 million, still owns a penthouse in the building that is priced at $35 million.
