The first Fendi Château Residences is projected to open in Surfside, Florida, on Sept. 30, 2016. In collaboration with real estate developer Château Group and architecture firm Arquitectonica, this will be Fendi's first foray into the U.S. real estate market.

Fendi Château Residences is comprised of 58 expansive floor-through waterfront apartments and penthouses with sweeping panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Boasting 10- to 11-foot ceilings, the homes range from 3,325 to over 7,000 square feet, and from three to five bedrooms. Stylized interiors, curated by Fendi Casa, feature east to west exposures, terraces, and spacious living quarters and master suites. Fendi Château Attaché, will be providing five-star white glove concierge services, offering the ultimate Fendi Château experience for residents.

Tenants will surely enjoy the exclusive indoor and outdoor luxury amenities, such as dedicated elevators into private foyers for all residences, two outdoor swimming pools—with poolside cabanas—surrounded by lush tropical gardens, a state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the pool, and a private spa with an indoor European thermal pool. There are eight remaining available units––one of which is a penthouse––ranging in price from $6.3 million to $25 million.
Established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925 with the opening of the first Fendi boutique—a handbag shop and fur workshop—the house of Fendi was soon winning international acclaim as a brand renowned for its elegance, craftsmanship, innovation, and style.
