“Crystal Pointe,” a 5.14-acre waterfront residence in Crystal Bay, Nevada, boasts 525 feet of lake frontage.

It features a total of 16,232 square feet between the main house, guesthouse, beach house, and caretaker’s apartment, with eight bedrooms and 13 fireplaces.

There’s also a 10-seat, in-home theater; a 1,687-bottle wine cellar; and gardens, ponds, and waterfalls throughout the grounds.

The sellers, Stuart and Geri Yount––who is the chairman and CEO of Fortifiber, a family-owned business, which manufactures building products––bought the land in 1994. They built the main house over a period of five years and completed construction of the beach house and a two-bedroom guesthouse in July 2016. The beach house is accessible via stairs or the funicular.

A collection of animal statues are integrated into the landscape.

The listing at 300 State Route 28 is held by Shari Chase, Susan Lowe, Kerry Donovan, and Mike Dunn of Chase International.
