Measuring 9,300 square feet, the loft encompasses the whole 40th floor of the 42-story Century building, which comes not only with expansive views of the Santa Monica Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, but also with residential amenities, such as a screening room, a 75-foot lap pool, a gym, and botanical trails.

Purchased through Perry’s manager at the end of June, the apartment flaunts four bedrooms, including a splendid master suite with almost 360-degree, panoramic vistas.

Rendered in white and pastel tones with a pale wood floor, the large living room, furnished with two fireplaces, bathes in the light streaming from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Equally striking, the formal dining room can accommodate up to 25 guests.

Carrying over the relaxed colors of the home, the kitchen exudes pared-down modernity, complete with high-end amenities, a large island, and a breakfast bar.

Listed with Bachir Oueida of Douglas Elliman, the penthouse had an initial price tag of $26.5 million, a little over a quarter of what Perry paid.

Meanwhile, he is selling his five-bathroom, three-bedroom house in Hollywood Hills for $13.5 million through Partners Trust Beverly Hills agent, Greg Holcomb, who also represented Perry in the purchase of his new home.
