Dark-hued, minimalist interiors embody Mr. C Residences, a boutique collection of chic residential units, designed by Marcello Pozzi, who also furnished the interiors of Mr. C Beverly Hills.
The brand released exclusive new photography (pictured), showcasing the interiors of the residences, which debuted in June of this year.
Mr. C Beverly Hills collaborated with renowned architect, Ray Kappe, who founded the Southern California Institute of Architecture, to design the exterior of the residences. Pozzi designed the interiors as a complement to the architecture, with a blend of Italian furnishings and mid-century American and Scandinavian accent pieces throughout.
As a tribute to the Cipriani heritage, contemporary photographs of Venice, Italy’s famous Rialto Bridge by Italian photographer Max Farina embellish the units.
Glass windows and redwood and custom teak walls line five, four-story, suite-style residences––ranging from 1,900 square feet to 3,358 square feet––one of which is a temporary stay penthouse suite.
Through a private entryway, limestone flooring is integrated into the large entertainment room, equipped with a media center; while gray, modular sofas and white lounge chairs offer sophisticated seating.
Glass doors open from the living space to an outdoor area, with an enclosed hot tub and a terrace surrounded by greenery.
Illuminated by Ricca Italian lights, unit number 1257 exclusively features a custom eight-foot Carrera marble bar.
An open-concept gourmet kitchen, dining, and living room allows for a seamless entertaining on the third floor. Stainless steel countertops and dark gray Bulthaup cabinets outfit the kitchen.
In three of the units, a glass-enclosed dining room opens up with bi-folding windows for an indoor-outdoor ambience.
Encased in glass, wooden stairs––as well as the in-home elevator––lead upstairs.
The master suite on the fourth floor features teak wall panels, flooring, cabinets, and closets, in addition to redwood ceilings.
Floor-to-ceiling teak framed by Italian Ricca lights creates a headboard for the custom-designed California king bed, which is set on a floating platform and adorned with crisp white bedding and gray accent pillows. A modern desk with a built-in plasma TV above it, as well as a black leather Paul Kjaerholm chaise lounge chair complement the bedroom.
Every room is naturally lit and connects to an outdoor terrace, offering views from Century City to Hollywood Hills.
Spa-like bathrooms have a freestanding, white tub and a glass-enclosed shower with Fantini fixtures and are lined with custom limestone countertops, floors, and walls.
