Memphis Grizzlies Forward Chandler Parsons Buys Bel Air Home For $10.9M

At the end of a rocky first season with the Memphis Grizzlies, Chandler Parsons just bought an immaculate home in Bel Air for $10.9 million, the Los Angelees Times reported.

The 28-year-old basketball player's modern farmhouse-style estate was built last year by Justin Barth of Barth Partners, with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It was listed by Aaron Kirman of John Aaroe Group and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland for $12.5 million, according to property records.

Encompassing over 9,100 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space, the residence was designed with dark wood floors, contemporary ironwork, and five fireplaces.

The family room is equipped with a wine cellar, wet bar, and bi-folding doors that open to the patio, featuring a fire pit and lounge area.

A boutique-style, walk-in closet is built into the master suite.

In the backyard, a well-groomed lawn surrounds the zero-edge swimming pool, with a baja deck, a hot tub, and color-changing LED lighting.

Parsons’ four-year maximum contract with the Grizzlies is worth a reported $94 million. After several injuries, he finished the season with averages of 6.2 points and 2.5 rebounds in 34 games.
