You Can Now Live In Beyonce’s Former Summer House!

This is not a drill, people. We all know that our Queen recently bought a home in the Hamptons. It's a fact Hamptonites are beaming with excitement over. But, like any sound minded homebuyer, Beyonce and company (JAY-Z and the kids) spent some time out east before making the plunge with an investment. The house they stayed in, a beautiful Wainscott home known as “Goose Creek," is now on the market. This means that your bedroom could be the same bedroom Beyonce slept in.

The Gatsby-esque home is listed by Corcoran’s Michael Schultz and Susan Ryan for $16 million. The 8 bedroom, 11.5 bathroom listing is no stranger to celebrity tenants though, with sources reporting that previous tenants also included Jennifer Lopez and Madonna. Hamptons homebuyers are already rushing to the East End to buy homes now so that there's enough time to prepare before Memorial Day.

Wainscott is also a perfect town for anyone looking to live luxuriously. The small section on the western side of The Hamptons is home to East Hampton Airport, a strip mostly used for private planes and chartered jets. Along Montauk Highway, several Wainscott restaurants serve some of the best cuisine in the East End like Osteria Salina and La Capannina. The home is located south of Montauk Highway, a prime real estate location for Hamptonites, and is only a short walk to the beach.

The last time the home was on the market, the listing price was $10.5 million. The 5.5 acres just off Georgica Pond that the property is set on has richly appreciated in value based on its celebrity tenants, sure, but also has plenty of incredible features like a 110 seat screening room, an in-house bar, indoor and outdoor heated pools, tennis courts, and a spa. It’s no wonder the Carters wanted to rent the place out all summer.
