On Tuesday, December 15th, Jade Signature teamed up with Neiman Marcus to host a specially curated holiday shopping capsule in the tower’s soon-to-be-unveiled two-story upper penthouse.

The oceanfront high-rise development created by Pritzker Prize-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, with interiors designed by Parisian interior design firm PYR, and led by Pierre-Yves Rochon, welcomed shoppers for the socially-distanced pop-up. It featured celebrated designers, including Nest Casa, Tata Harper, Ahana Yoga, Ximena Kavalekas, Agua Bendita, and the Bungalow Bazaar, among others.

The penthouse’s 360-degree views were the background for the event, providing ample and unobstructed landscapes of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.

Attendees, each fashionably attired with their respective masks, enjoyed the latest in fashion, accessories and home goods, while simultaneously getting a sneak peek inside the sky oasis home, listed at $29.5 million. They were treated to an alfresco lunch, prosecco, live music, and the ocean breeze to be enjoyed on a daily basis by the eventual buyer. The home also features a private pool, gym, and seemingly endless options for outdoor dining, entertainment, and relaxation.
