If December 2020 is any indication, the luxury real estate market in Costa Rica will be particularly hot in 2021!
After almost a full year of the new Covid-19 reality, luxury home buyers are looking for larger living spaces, heart-stopping views, and a serene and spa-like atmosphere to spend their time. Access to the Costa Ballenas is an enjoyable 3.5-hour drive from the international airport in San Jose, or a quick 20-minute flight on one of the local airlines. In-country charter flights are readily available, and some homes boast private helipads.
