How did you get your start in the business?
I have lived in Miami Beach for over 30 years. My family and I have owned property and lived in many neighborhoods, including South of Fifth, Sunset Island One, Bayshore, Lakeview, and LaGorce. Renovating and selling a home led me into the real estate industry.
Why Miami Beach?
I LOVE the actual beach, running on the sand, and swimming in the ocean. The sunrises are spectacular and the full moons over the water are inspirational. The cool ocean breezes are constant. I cannot imagine myself living anywhere else.
What sets you apart from other real estate agents?
Deep knowledge of Miami Beach, especially the islands, and attention to detail, flexibility, and a proven track record of client satisfaction sets me apart from other real estate agents. Being a member of the Audrey Ross team and the Compass Private Client Network is also a huge asset.
What has been your favorite memory throughout your real estate career?
Every client and every deal is unique and memorable! I have enjoyed each of them and made some good friends in the process. Relocations are especially rewarding since Miami has so many neighborhoods and areas to choose from. One family in particular that relocated from Virginia in 2021 is a favorite memory. Being close to parks and water was a high priority for them as well as the quality of the local schools. After looking in other parts of Miami Beach and Coconut Grove, we found a beautiful home in North Beach that checked all the boxes! They have lived there for a year now and are ecstatic with their new home and the lifestyle here. Anytime I help somebody find their place in the world is a favorite moment.
What is your best piece of advice for those looking for the right realtor?
Find somebody who knows your area of interest well, who you like and trust, and who will keep your stress level down. In today's market, it is especially important that your realtor is creative, moves fast, and collaborates effectively with others in the industry.
