These luxury homes range anywhere from 1,800 to 6,000 square feet (167 to 557 square meters). They host anywhere between 3 to 7 bedrooms and are on 1/2 an acre to 2 acres (1/4 to 1 hectare).
The estate itself is about 1,400 acres (560 hectares). On top of the Les Bordes Golf Club, with its New Course by Gil Hanse and the Old Course by Robert von Hagge, there will also be a new Six Senses Hotels Resorts and Spas. Six Senses is aiming to change the world in sustainable hospitality. Their buildings will include villas, guest suites, a Chateaux, a lounge bar, a spa, an organic kitchen garden, Earth Lab, and event facilities.
