Recently, Mario Lopez has listed his large estate in Glendale, California for sale, according to a report by Dirt. The news is unsurprising as he has just bought a home in La Cañada Flintridge in Los Angeles, California.
The house has been listed at $6.5 million, or it can be rented for $25,000 a month. If someone does decide to purchase it at the asking price, it will not only be the most expensive home on the market but the most expensive home to be sold in Glendale for over five years
Lopez bought the property about 12 years ago for just under $2 million, so he is looking to get quite a return on investment from the property.
The estate is gated, with a long driveway leading up to the 6,200-square-foot home. Inside the home are 6 bedrooms as well as 5 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. There are many unique features to this home that give it some Spanish inspiration. These include terra-cotta tiles, arched doorways, and a patio with multiple entrances.
There is even a Spanish courtyard with a fountain. Inside, there is a formal dining room with a bar, an eat-in kitchen with two islands, and even a breakfast nook.
The master bedroom suite hosts bay windows, exposed wooden beams, and a bathroom with a tub and a glass shower. Also included in the estate are a gym, a pool, a spa, an outdoor kitchen, a cabana, and even a bocce court.
If that wasn't enough space, there is also a guest apartment with another thousand square feet that holds 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a full living room and kitchen.

Mario Lopez's new home is another Spanish-style estate. He paid $9.3 million for this home, and it has 9,200 square feet. It has six bedrooms as well as a wine room, game room, theater room, and zero-edge pool.
He also owns a few homes in nearby Burbank. One he purchased in 1994 for $240,000 and one in 2004 for $1.35 million.
Mario Lopez is well-known for his roles on TV, including Saved by the Bell, Nip/Tuck, and Nashville. He has also been co-hosting Access Hollywood since 2019.
