How did you get to where you are today?

I started my real estate career in Pennsylvania in 2006 specializing in vacation homes. I worked in the North Eastern area of P.A. in areas like Wayne and Lackawanna county. In 2008, I decided that I would like to branch into the New York real estate market. Many of my clients looking for vacation homes came from New York, and I was born and raised in Queens. So, I began working in Northern Queens eventually incorporating Long Island and the rest of Queens County into my business. I held a dual license for a while, however, in 2011 I moved full-time to New York and began my career in earnest here. Ever since I have been building my reputation and clientele.

What is your biggest success story to date?

I recently sold a home in Shoreham. The sellers thought it was time to sell their vacation home, and I was more than happy to help. However, there were permit issues and housing violations galore. Yet, we were able to get the house sold in a way that satisfied both the sellers and buyers. It was a tough deal, yet I made it work!

What makes your market unique?

I work in a market that I grew up in and know completely. I am able to give potential buyers recommendations on everything from restaurants to parks to visit in the area. This is an asset to not only buyers, but sellers as well because I understand the beauty and value within the neighborhoods I do business.

What is one of your favorite client stories?

My favorite client story begins in 2008. These clients were a young couple to whom I sold their first home, a co-op in Bayside. They were a lovely couple to work with. In the past year, I received a call from them that it was time for them to purchase a new home. References are amazing, but when a client returns to me fourteen years after a purchase, I know I am doing my job correctly.
