The thoughtfully chosen tilework was an essential design element in conserving the building’s authenticity among the modern additions.

Single handedly designed by DXA studio, the 21 stories of condominium residences offer natural light bathed interiors and luxurious home design. Designed inside and out by CentraRuddy and developed by Rockefeller Group, the 45-story tower explores a vintage Gotham-esque feel nodding to the historic firm's greatest creation, Rockefeller Center. The Art Deco tower’s design inspiration derives from the public bath houses of the 30s and 40s, polishing off the pool with handmade tiles. An opulent feature wall displays mosaic artwork depicting a centerpiece of the Amazon goddesses representing the iconic time period.
