While maintaining its monumental character and classic charm, the carefully restored and incredibly preserved monolithic mosaic tilework remains a defining focal point upon entering the lobby. The thoughtfully chosen tilework was an essential design element in conserving the building’s authenticity among the modern additions.

The St. Regis Residences, Boston

Located in the heart of Boston’s Seaport District, the new luxury condominium holds the ideal spot to relax and unwind. Featuring gorgeous hand constructed tilework, the pool at the St. Regis Residences in Boston attains a crossover of tranquility and refined design. Flowing into the heated indoor pool is a continuous waterfall edge coated in a striking blue mosaic bringing a touch of Boston’s Seaport waterfront into the indoors.

Madison House

The tallest residential building in the NoMad neighborhood, and arguably the most stylish, is Madison House. The new condo tower offers breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline and has invented a new standard of luxury living. With architecture by Handel Architects and stunning interiors by Gachot Studios residents are welcomed by a sleek white marble concierge desk contrasting against a dark mosaic tiled feature wall.

Maverick Chelsea

Where Chelsea meets The Highline and Hudson Yards is Maverick Chelsea. Single handedly designed by DXA studio, the 21 stories of condominium residences offer natural light bathed interiors and luxurious home design. The residence’s use of tile can be found in the primary bathrooms. Against the shower wall, is a dark dramatic chevron accent decorated in a mosaic porcelain. In addition to the mosaic details within the walls of the homes, residents can enjoy a n extraordinary 60-foot-long indoor pool also tiled in a modern lagoon of mosaic.

Rose Hill

Also located in NoMad is the all-new Rose Hill luxury condominiums. Designed inside and out by CentraRuddy and developed by Rockefeller Group, the 45-story tower explores a vintage Gotham-esque feel nodding to the historic firm's greatest creation, Rockefeller Center. The Art Deco tower’s design inspiration derives from the public bath houses of the 30s and 40s, polishing off the pool with handmade tiles. An opulent feature wall displays mosaic artwork depicting a centerpiece of the Amazon goddesses representing the iconic time period.
