Why did you choose Real Estate?
I am a connector who enjoys working with people! Real estate was a natural fit when I decided to make a career change, and I quickly found I loved the art of negotiating and closing deals.
What was your journey to where you are today?
Prior to real estate, I had a 20-year career in content search and discovery. I worked on web search products for America Online and spent many years within CNN on search products.
What is your biggest success story to date?
My most significant work success is building my team infrastructure. My support staff is phenomenal, and over the last few years, we've built well-oiled systems for our customers, which I believe allows us to provide unmatched service.
What makes your market unique?
I consider our area (Ponte Vedra Beach) to be more like South Georgia than Florida. There is still a hint of Southern flair here that you don't see in South Florida. We have limited land left at the beach, and our area remains highly desirable even in quiet markets.
