With anticipation rising since its launch, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens has officially debuted its sales gallery at 4001 Design Center Drive, Suite 110. On February 16th, Catalfumo Companies and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing celebrated the eminent property—a marina-front wonder offering 106 ultra-luxury estate residences—with a festive unveiling that gave guests a sneak peek of what’s to come.

Located along 850 feet of Intracoastal waterway frontage and just south of PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach, the residences will boast three seven-story buildings with abodes ranging from $4M to $8M, not to mention a host of luxury amenities.

Speakers—including Dan Catalfumo of Catalfumo Companies, Palm Beach Gardens Mayor Chelsea Reed, and Palm Beach Gardens Vice Mayor Rachel Litt—roused guests and presented a glowing vision for the coming residences.
