When Bentley Motors announced plans for its first-ever branded residence in 2021, the luxury car brand took the road less traveled, setting out to elevate all of life’s journeys. And last week, Bentley and partner Dezer Development brought over 200 VIP guests and celebrities on a flavorful adventure at the Bentley Residences Miami Sales Gallery with four-time James Beard Award-winning chef Todd English.
A highlight amongst the hustle and bustle of SoBe Food & Wine weekend, the culinary experience celebrated the art of flavor and heightened anticipation for the 2026 completion of the residences, which will feature a number of exciting innovations from the minds at Bentley and Dezer Development. Most notably, the collaborators tease a cutting-edge car elevator, the “Dezervator,” poised to optimize travel by transporting residents’ cars to their own in-unit parking spaces.

Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development and host of the affair, celebrated along with distinguished guests like Guerdy Abraira and Adriana de Moura of Real Housewives of Miami. Attendees savored Todd English’s Australian wagyu creations and sipped premium libations as they were transported across the outback and into the gallery’s opulent provisions for the residences.
One of the biggest moments of the night came when Gil announced that Todd English will be the resident chef for Bentley Residences. The award-winning culinary master will only be available for residents at an exclusive in-building restaurant.
