Why did you choose Real Estate?
Real Estate combines several of my passions: serving clients and helping them achieve their goals, negotiation, strategy, marketing, and entrepreneurship. It was a natural fit.
What was your journey to where you are today?
My professionalism stems from 16 years in the healthcare industry, where I negotiated complex, multi-million-dollar contracts. Since relocating to Park City from Los Angeles in 2003, I have leveraged my expertise to provide innovative marketing strategies, aggressive negotiating, and creative problem-solving to benefit the hundreds of clients I have served.
What is one of your favorite client stories?
On January 1st, 2020, I received multiple offers on a property I listed. The buyer of the offer the seller accepted wanted to close in April 2020 because he didn't want to move his kids during the school year and he thought he could sell his own home for more in the spring. We all know what happened in March 2020. Unfortunately, the buyer lost his job and couldn't close on the home. I put the home back on the market during Covid-19 and was able to secure multiple offers again. My clients obtained a price higher than the first buyer was going to pay. I went on to list four more properties for the same sellers.

What is your biggest success story to date?
Raising two successful kids while I built my real estate career is my greatest achievement. During this time, I was also president of the Park City Board of REALTORS® and served on the boards of many of Park City’s non-profit organizations.
What makes your market unique?
Park City is a place of outdoor adventure and community. People fall in love with the Park City lifestyle for the world-class skiing, hundreds of miles of summer trails, the Sundance film festival, the music festivals, or the beauty of Utah.
