The brilliant mind behind Modern Family's witty humor, executive producer Danny Zuker, has decided to sell his home. The executive producer along with accomplished photographer Annette Lombardi bid adieu to their 5,725 square foot Manhattan Beach home, raking in a sum that Phil Dunphy would be proud of, at $10,500,000.

Alluding to the home’s previous owner, Zuker dubbed the home the “Shaq House'' as it had previously been rented by Shaquille O’Neill in his early Laker days. The home also once belonged to Major League Baseball pitcher Ken Brett, the second of four Brett brothers to play professionally.
