"The goal is always to buy low, invest, and hold or sell high," says Tadia. Why did you choose Real Estate?
I've always had a passion for investments and properties, and after the birth of my son, real estate seemed to offer the flexibility I needed.
What was your journey to where you are today?
A passion for large numbers and finding unique ways to duplicate them...
What is your biggest success story to date?
A good example of this was in THE REAL DEAL. At the end of 2019, a private investor bought two vertically combined residences with the intention of creating a unique unit at Muse in Sunny Isles Beach, through a Delaware company for $9.8 million.
What makes your market unique?
There's an elegance to investments; especially when one thinks outside of the box, in order to increase the profit margin.
