Terra and One Thousand Group, along with interior designer Vicky Charles, have unveiled the sales gallery for Villa Miami, their first luxury condominium tower branded by Major Food Group (MFG). This project, located at 2742 Biscayne Boulevard, offers an exclusive glimpse into the opulent lifestyle that Villa Miami promises. The sales gallery, designed by Vicky Charles of Charles & Co., marks her first condo project in Miami and reflects her signature blend of European elegance and modern luxury.
Visitors to the MFG-curated sales gallery are greeted by trained attendants and treated to an array of Italy’s finest espressos, coffees, and teas served in Ginori Italian porcelain, as well as fresh juices and signature cocktails crafted by MFG Co-Founder Mario Carbone. This experience is designed to mirror the high-end food and beverage offerings that future residents can expect. A standout feature of the gallery is the full-scale bar, where baristas and bartenders serve MFG favorites, emphasizing the project's focus on culinary excellence.
The gallery also showcases a collaboration between Carbone and Charles, featuring bespoke kitchen models equipped with CornuFé ovens, Wolf appliances, and pasta sinks, marrying traditional culinary elements with modern standards. Additionally, the master bath models highlight luxurious amenities, such as deep-soaking tubs with panoramic water views, Greige Onyx Porcelain walls, and custom Italian wood vanities, all designed to offer a sense of tranquility and elegance.
David Martin, CEO of Terra, emphasized the innovative nature of this project, stating that it uniquely integrates a culinary brand with residential living, aiming to create a glamorous and romanticized home life. Villa Miami, rising 55 stories in East Edgewater, will offer residents amenities like a rooftop helipad, spa and wellness spaces, an elevated pool deck, and an on-site two-story MFG restaurant with a private lounge, setting a new standard for luxury living in Miami.
