Chris Paul, the NBA luminary who graced the courts with the Golden State Warriors during the 2023-2024 season, has recently closed a significant real estate deal. The All-Star point guard’s sprawling 12,830-square-foot estate in Encino, California, has been sold. Initially listed at $16.495 million in June, the property found its new owner for $15.15 million just a month later.

This impressive farmhouse, completed in 2020, is nestled on a 1.35-acre plot in an exclusive, serene neighborhood—far removed from the city's relentless pace. Despite its tranquil setting, downtown Los Angeles is a mere 35-minute drive away, and Beverly Hills is just 25 minutes from the property.

The residence features an expansive yet inviting design. The grand living room boasts soaring ceilings and an adjoining formal area with built-in shelving, a contemporary fireplace, and oversized windows that invite ample natural light.

The heart of the home, a gourmet kitchen, is a chef’s dream, equipped with concealed appliances and a double center island perfect for casual dining. Additionally, a butler’s pantry, breakfast nook, and plentiful cabinetry add to the kitchen’s allure.

The luxurious bedrooms do not disappoint. The primary suite is particularly noteworthy, offering a generous covered terrace and a spa-inspired bathroom with dual vanities and a glass-enclosed shower set against a marble backdrop.

Reflecting the home's high-end status, the outdoor amenities are equally impressive. The property includes a glass-walled wine room and a large covered terrace on the second floor. The backyard is designed for both relaxation and recreation, featuring a private gym, a sports court, and a saltwater pool.

Additional features of this opulent estate include a four-car garage, a guardhouse, and a two-story guesthouse. For outdoor gatherings, the home offers an outdoor kitchen and a covered cabana with an attached bathroom, ensuring that entertaining is always a sophisticated affair.

Chris Paul, now 39, began his NBA career with the New Orleans Hornets in 2005 and has since become a 12-time All-Star. After his stint with the Warriors, he is set to join the San Antonio Spurs for the upcoming 2024-2025 season. His recent property sale marks a new chapter as he continues to make his mark both on and off the court.
