Porsche Design unveils its highly anticipated collaboration with premier real estate developer Ananda Development as the first residence of its kind in Asia with the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok.

Following immensely successful developments in Miami, Florida and Stuttgart, Germany, this marks the third Porsche Design real estate project globally and the first in Asia. The prestigious project is located at Sukhumvit 38, one of the most reputable addresses in Thailand’s capital city. Featuring 22 exclusive duplex and quadplex “Sky Villas,” the residences will range from 525 to 1,135 square meters with an average price of $15 million. In a strategic collaboration, Porsche seamlessly melds its renowned design excellence with Ananda Development’s acclaimed and thoughtful engineering approach. The result is an ambitious and innovative project setting a new standard of luxury living in the area with select residences available for up to $40 million.

Honoring Professor F. A. Porsche’s design philosophy of “optimizing function while uncompromisingly reducing the form to the essentials,” Porsche Design Tower Bangkok will present remarkable architectural innovation. The "Passion Spaces" will serve as an expansive luxury garage for curated car collections. With the opportunity for residents to tailor the space to their unique individual preferences, the private garage doubles as a venue for social gatherings and exclusive events. “The Loop” will be the spiral access ramp leading to the garage drawing inspiration from the “Kinetic Move” of the Porsche 911 Targa roof mechanism and hybrid function. The façade features a fully automated terrace door system allowing residents the opportunity to seamless indoor outdoor living. Further, an exposed pedestal structure called “X-Frame” will offer a unique entry inspired by the design of Porsche’s Mission R concept car. The top of the 21-story tower will then be embellished by “The Crown” creating a distinguishing sight along Bangkok’s skyline.

Designed with meticulous precision and exclusive materials, the residences will be adorned with premier furniture and innovative features. Through thoughtful technological design, the kitchen will boast electrically powered drawers and cabinets, customized appliances, and durable façades. Upscale building amenities will include a state of the art swimming pool, performance fitness center, spa, social lounge, and business lounge. An overarching sense of serenity and privacy will be prevalent throughout the residential experience while the building’s prime location offers convenience with upscale restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, and entertainment centers.

Construction of the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok is set to begin next year with completion slated for the end of 2028.
