Seth Semilof and Michelle Endara of Haute Real Estate recently represented the buyer in the purchase of two stunning waterfront properties on Palm Island, Miami Beach, totaling $20 million. The client, hailing from Oklahoma, acquired both a completed spec home at 222 South Coconut Lane and a vacant lot at 290 South Coconut Lane. The sale was confirmed by the seller, renowned designer and Artefacto owner, Paulo Bacchi.
Bacchi, known for his luxury design aesthetic, sold the properties to Buyer, whose acquisition included a 4,500-square-foot residence at 222 South Coconut Lane, which he recently completed. Bacchi had purchased the lot at 290 South Coconut Lane for $5.1 million in 2021 and the 222 South Coconut Lane property for $5.4 million in 2022, making these waterfront purchases a significant investment for the buyer.
The home at 222 South Coconut Lane sits on a 0.2-acre lot and boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms, one half-bathroom, a private pool, and 50 feet of waterfront, complete with a dock. It offers the epitome of Miami waterfront living, with high-end finishes and a design that captures the essence of luxury.
Michelle Endara, who played a pivotal role in representing the buyers, shared, “Given my close relationship with the buyers and deep understanding of their preferences, I was confident that Villa Bianca would captivate them. With its stunning canvas curated by Artefacto, combined with the breathtaking views and prime location they had been searching for, I knew this property was the perfect match and that they would fall in love with it instantly.”
Seth Semilof, also part of the deal, added, “Working directly with Paulo Bacchi on this opportunity was ideal for our clients, as he customized 222 South Coconut as Villa Bianca by Artefacto. They got an amazing home along with the opportunity to build another spectacular property on the same street.”
The listings for the two properties were handled by Isaac Lustgarten and Liora Rahimi of Official for 222 South Coconut Lane, and Lourdes Alatriste of Douglas Elliman, for the vacant lot at 290 South Coconut Lane.
This sale is yet another milestone for Haute Real Estate, with Semilof and Endara’s representation highlighting the brokerage's ability to cater to high-net-worth clients in acquiring premium luxury properties in South Florida's most sought-after locations.
The combination of waterfront living, Palm Island exclusivity, and the masterful touch of Paulo Bacchi's design makes these properties exceptional additions to Miami's high-end real estate market.
