On Monday, January 13, members of the Haute Living network gathered at Amali NYC for the first Haute Leaders event of the year, an evening of cocktails and dinner that set the tone for a year of connection and success.

Amali NYC, known for its Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and warm ambiance, served as the perfect venue for this gathering. With a menu rooted in the historical flavors of Greece, Italy, France, and Spain, the evening offered a true culinary experience that paired tradition with innovation.

The night began with lively conversations over specialty cocktails. Guests sipped on espresso martinis and “Four Ways Out,” a signature cocktail that reflected Amali’s creative approach to mixology. The vibrant drinks set the tone for a relaxed yet celebratory atmosphere.

The dinner featured a selection of family-style dishes, including mezze with spicy feta and mushroom caponata, Spanish octopus, stracciatella di bufala, and Tasmanian beef carpaccio. For entrées, guests enjoyed spaghetti alla chitarra, cavatelli with lamb sausage, Canary Island branzino, and ribeye with bone marrow gratin, accompanied by roasted broccoli and fingerling potatoes. Dessert included rich chocolate mousse and creamy crème brûlée.
