The beloved late Elizabeth Taylor was known for her many possessions. From jewelry and husbands to real estate in various international zip codes, she was always leading the trends. It seems as if just as frequently as she changed her martial status, she also changed her home address.
Her many fabulous properties include homes in North London, Park Avenue, Gstaad, Mexico, Georgetown, Florida, and several in the Los Angeles area. And now, the Bel-Air Estate where Taylor lived from 1981 until her unfortunate death in 2011 is on the market for $8.6 million. The 7,000-square-foot estate was customized to her very needs with many 18th century antiques. The entire second floor served as the master bedroom with violet color schemes, which was the late Taylor's favorite color. The property also has many attractive attributes including a koi pond and a hot house for orchids.
