This landmark acquisition paves the way for the development of an ultra-luxury boutique condominium that will introduce 56 oceanfront residences to one of South Florida’s most exclusive communities.
Located at 301 Ocean Drive, the future development promises to blend architectural innovation with the timeless charm of Key Biscayne. Slated to begin construction in late 2026, the project will be designed by the acclaimed Touzet Studio, with lush landscaping by Raymond Jungles. The vision is a tropical modern retreat that not only complements its surroundings but leads the way in climate resiliency—a crucial initiative in the face of rising environmental concerns.
