Rise Residence, located atop the $1.05 billion landmark, Brickell City Centre is set to revolutionize one of Miami's hottest neighborhood. The sky oasis from the visionary masterminds of Swire Properties Inc. has teamed up with award-winning interior designer Steven Gurowitz of NOW by Steven G. to exclusively design four jaw-dropping residences within the tower.

Recognized as one of South Florida's most prominent interior design firms, NOW by Steven G. has carefully curated four model residences with neutral, organic backdrops for a serene and chic ambiance. Each unit aims to connect with all types of design aficionados and luxury homebuyers from the retro devotee to the eco-luxury fanatic.

Finished with a Miami-style all white furniture pieces and accessories, unit 1611 offers residents a clean, inviting and sophisticated space. The neighboring unit - 1612 - offers rich backgrounds and black and wood tones for a retro-feel in an inviting and open-space floor plan.
