Why did you choose Real Estate?
As an international real estate agent, I have the unique opportunity to work with people from around the world. I'm constantly learning about different cultures and finding new ways to bridge cultural gaps to better serve clients. Doing international real estate also allows me to be part of the growing global economy, which means that I get to see firsthand the dynamic changes happening around the world.
Most of all, I choose to be an international real estate agent because it allows me to connect with people on a personal level. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is being able to develop trusting, long-term relationships with my clients. Through these relationships, I strive to provide client-focused service that meets individual needs and exceeds expectations.
In an increasingly connected world, I am proud to be able to make an impact on the lives of my clients while also building meaningful connections all around the globe. I'm passionate about helping people from all walks of life realize the dream of owning a home, no matter their background. That is why I choose to be an international real estate agent.
What was your journey to where you are today?
My journey to where I am today is unique—a mix of hard work and learning from mistakes that have helped me grow. After graduating from college, I made my way to the business world and worked in different industries but focus on Real Estate.
After years of working and gaining valuable experience, I took the plunge and started my own business, as a Real Estate Agent. I took all the learnings with me that I had gathered from working in the corporative industry and from other successful mentors who had become my guide and offered me support in this new endeavor. I worked hard to build my business from the ground up and although things were never easy, I was slowly climbing this ladder.
Each year I experimented with different methods and strategies and slowly but surely began to make a decent name for myself in the industry. With the help of the people around me and my newfound confidence, I kept pushing myself to learn, do, and be more.
Today, I’m proud to be where I am. I’m still in the same field, but I now have a bigger client base and have developed more skills. I love what I do daily, and I continue growing as an entrepreneur and leader. This journey has been an incredible learning experience, and I’m so thankful for all of life’s valuable lessons that have enabled me to reach my current success.
What is your biggest success story to date?
One of my biggest success stories to date in Miami is the successful sale of a multi-million-dollar condo in the Brickell area. Despite a difficult market, I was able to effectively market the property and secure a buyer in a short amount of time. This sale demonstrates my skill and dedication to my client's satisfaction, while also furthering my expertise as an International Real Estate Advisor.
What makes your market unique?
My market is unique because of Miami's diverse international community, which makes it a desirable destination for foreign investors. The local market is highly competitive and offers a wide variety of desirable luxury properties, from beachfront high-rise condos to private villas in exclusive neighborhoods. Additionally, Miami's vibrant cultural scene and thriving economy make it the perfect location for wanting something a little bit more than just an investment. Because of this, investment and vacation purchases alike have the potential to be highly rewarding, both financially and emotionally.
