Gisele Bundchen is a Brazilian supermodel most known for being a Victoria's Secret Angel and recent ex-wife of NFL Quarterback Tom Brady, whom she was married to for 13 years. Gisele just recently purchased an $11.5M mansion in Surfside, FL located right across the water from Tom.
Many assume that the reason she purchased a home so close to her ex is to help co-parent their 12-year-old and 9-year-old children within easy distance of each other. The homes are just across the water from each other, with the ability to visit via a boat going from dock to dock. Both parents have mentioned that they want their children to have full access to either parent without a strict schedule, so this home certainly makes sense.
The home was originally built in 1981, is 4,000 square feet, and has 25-foot high ceilings. With five bedrooms and seven bathrooms as well as other amenities like a theater, gym, playroom, and terraces throughout the mansion, it is certainly luxurious. It sits on top of an 18,400 square-foot piece of land in a cul-de-sac with a pool and a dock on the property. The dock is said to directly overlook Brady’s mansion which is still under construction.
Gisele was represented by Vannessa Frank and Harai Brin from One Sotheby’s International Realty and the home was listed by Shneur Shapira and Joel Lusky from Brokerage South Florida Real Estate.
This isn’t the only property that Gisele has purchased recently in the area. She has a large property portfolio that includes another recently purchased home in Surfside, Florida that she plans to use as an office space.
