The development is introducing a 150,000-square-foot, resort-style amenities experience for its residents, which includes one of the city's largest parks. A verdant oasis of mature trees designed by Michael Van Valkenburg Associates the same artist who created Brooklyn Bridge Park introduces a connection to nature and the opportunity for its residents to access an outdoor area inside the development. Furthermore, a dreamy rooftop pool deck with luxe cabanas—styled similar to the city's most exclusive private clubs—offers a picture-perfect view of the Manhattan skyline.

Taking advantage of its post, the luxury condominiums feature industrial-sized windows that frame its iconic waterfront views. In addition, the development boasts lifestyle spaces such as co-working lounges, chefs kitchens, private dining rooms and much more. As a rarity in Brooklyn Front and York has been designed with a grand porte cochère to compliment the building's robust private parking. Residents will be welcomed into a striking lobby, which opens to that wondrous park we mentioned before.
