Why did you choose Real Estate?
We chose Real Estate because we fell in love with the city since the beginning; the water views, the high rises, and the accessibility to the ocean from certain single-family homes neighborhoods. When we saw how the city started to change, we knew that we definitely wanted to be part of that change.
What was your journey to where you are today?
We started 10 years ago in a small Real Estate company, but thanks to the best mentors we could have asked for, we were able to begin the path to our growth. From income-producing properties to luxury high-rise condos and houses, we have been able to sell many properties and conduct many transactions. Our main focus has been to center on luxury properties, and we have achieved that focus.
What is your biggest success story to date?
Although we have had many successful listings, the one that impacted us the most and helped open new doors into the luxury market was that our first luxury transaction was trusted to us without ever having sold a property of that price before! The sellers trusted in how we were doing our work, and after many months of seeing and evaluating, they gave us the opportunity.

Coconut Grove is one of Miami's oldest neighborhoods with a rich cultural heritage and history. With a mix of older and newer architecture that goes from Victorian, Art Deco, and Mediterranean-style homes to a variety of high-end modern luxury homes and buildings, it creates the perfect environment for those who want to experience an upscale living experience. It also creates a vintage atmosphere that is hard to replicate elsewhere.
