As the most anticipated waterfront residential building under construction in Downtown Miami, Aston Martin Residences is using nothing short of the highest quality of materials in its development.

The British carmaker's first branded building in the heart of South Florida, developed by G&G Business Development and its belief of "Love for beauty and passion for excellence," uses materials such as Thassos marble, glass, and metal in its homes.

“I’m obsessed with design, and I’m resolute that every decision we make, and every material we select complements our pure and elegant design aesthetic,” says German Coto, CEO of G&G Business Developments.

“As soon as Aston Martin was on board and ready to work hand-in-hand with our architects and designers to achieve a distinct style, it set the tone for the entire project. The finest craftsmanship, perfect balance, and authenticity of materials are integral to Aston Martin and G&G Business Developments; these values are woven into the narrative of both brands. One example of the authenticity of materials is the snow-white Thassos marble we chose for the floors of the condos and penthouses,” adds Coto.

The greek Thassos marble will be put to fine use at Aston Martin Residences. Much like the brand's vehicles, the strength and endurance of the marble to be present at the sail-shaped tower are top-of-the-line.

"Known for its beauty, we went to great lengths to hand-select 1,400,000 square feet or this extraordinarily pure and durable marble as its characteristics fit perfectly with the Aston Martin Residences," says Coto. "We’ve designed a unique work of art, an exquisite residential development in the heart of downtown Miami, and we’re focused on creating beautiful, desirable homes with a high level of care. That attention to detail and honesty of materials resonate perfectly with our clients who expect an experience that goes far beyond simply owning a home; they are buying into the Aston Martin Art of Living.”

The 66-floor building has experienced high demand among luxury buyers, as 55% of its 391 homes have been sold. The project is slated for completion in 2022.
