1508 London Principal and Design Director Leo Bertacchini collaborated closely with the Cipriani family to ensure that each selected piece within these packages aligned seamlessly with the overarching brand and theme of the residences.
“In working with this iconic brand, we had the unique task of creating a new lifestyle using decades of exquisite source material, so we were quickly overcome with inspiration,” said Leo Bertacchini, Principal and Design Director at 1508 London. “We carefully wove together a design that would be both derivative of the brand’s flagship properties and unique to this building. It was important to us that residents feel immersed in the Cipriani lifestyle and also have a sense of place in the heart of Miami’s Financial District.”
Bertacchini conveyed the vision for the residences through sketches inspired by the maritime essence of the Cipriani brand, the allure of coastal living, Italy’s renowned canals, and drifting boats. With furnishings and textiles crafted and imported from Italy, each piece was uniquely designed with meticulous attention to detail, emulating the inspiration drawn from Italy and the Cipriani brand. Its sense of grandeur and moments of intimacy allows every space to transition seamlessly from day to night and establish a sense of warmth through signature rich hues like walnut and camel.
