Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management, led by internationally recognized Brazilian developer José Isaac Peres, has secured approvals for a 12-story, high-end boutique residential building in Surfside. The small and exclusive beachfront community in Miami Beach is one of the most desirable luxury residential waterfront areas in South Florida. Surfside is also where Brazilian top model Giselle Bundchen has just acquired an $11.5 Million new residence directly across from ex-husband Tom Brady’s under-construction mansion on Indian Creek Island.
José Peres has longstanding ties to Miami, being the visionary behind a pair of landmark South Florida projects – the concept of Jade on Brickell Bay and the development of Il Villaggio on Ocean Drive.
“This is a singular opportunity to enjoy unsurpassed architecture, exacting detail, individualized layouts, unique amenities, exceptional Ocean views, and calm—all the essential qualities of a beachfront villa…. Surfside is a singular waterfront location - the ideal setting for our next landmark project... We envision a limited collection of holistic residences, not just places to live, but homes that encourage a lifestyle that will improve lives,” said Peres, whose company has also just completed 57 Ocean, one of the most exclusive waterfront condos in Miami Beach and is delivering Ocean Park, another exclusive boutique condo in South of Fifth, this January.
Multiplan’s new project located at 9317 Collins Avenue is expected to be officially launched in the first quarter of 2023. It will be comprised of only 25 exquisite residences, each capturing the spirit of luxury yacht design and the serenity of a private seaside villa. Designed by globally acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica and interiors by revered interior designer Carla Guilhem, the project leverages its proximity to the Atlantic. The relaxing sound of breaking waves, year-round ocean breezes, and the site’s exceptional unobstructed vistas toward the horizon are key factors in the condominium’s unique composition.
The uniquely designed residences will feature expansive terraces -- each stretching up to 12 feet deep with panoramic ocean and city views, glass balustrades, and one-of-a-kind ceilings with wood-like accents -- as well as contemporary Italian kitchens and baths. Additional highlights within the residences will include Silestone countertops and backsplashes, 10-foot ceilings, European-inspired fixtures, natural stone floors, stone wall tiles in master baths, and private elevator entrances.
As a whole, the new project will feature an array of special amenities and services, such as a curated wellness spa, complete with a thermal suite and salon; a rooftop pool; a second-floor sundeck with vitality pool; poolside treatment cabanas; a pool bar and social terrace lounge; summer kitchen pavilion with a grill area; a multi-purpose club room with chef’s kitchen for full gastronomic experiences; and a state-of-the-art Technogym fitness center. There will also be a 24-hour concierge, valet and security services, pool and beachfront concessions, and attendants.
Located a few steps from Bal Habour Shops and the Four Seasons Surf Club Hotel, the project is surrounded by a number of the area’s top attractions -- from art galleries and chic boutiques to gourmet restaurants - “The project will offer buyers the rewarding benefit of an urban beach lifestyle with pedestrian-friendly accessibility, a rare combination in Miami Beach,” concludes Peres.
