What was your journey to where you are today?
Prior to Real Estate, for over 22 years, I owned and operated a successful CPA firm, specializing in delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and financial consulting services to a diverse clientele, including individuals and corporations. In addition to my role as an Accountant, I served as the VP of Finance for a large nonprofit organization. This multifaceted experience has uniquely shaped my career, and today, as a seasoned professional, I bring a wealth of expertise to the realm of luxury residential real estate, servicing clients from the most discerning clients to those just starting out.
Why did you choose Real Estate?
Upon selling my accounting practice after the subprime mortgage crisis, I was eager to embark on a new entrepreneurial chapter. The fusion of my years as an Accountant with my experience as a real estate investor and my genuine passion for architectural and interior design is what led me naturally to a career as a Realtor. My transition was seamless, and I was able to maintain the loyalty of my existing clientele base and referral partners, where most have evolved into valued real estate clients and partners!

What is your biggest success story to date?
I don’t have one particular success story; however, I’d like to say I have many happy client stories! As a Luxury & Pro Athlete Relocation Specialist, I have had the great honor of helping many families migrating to Michigan for either work, coming back home after living away, or assisting professional athletes in securing temporary housing during their season here for one of our Metro Detroit teams.
Oftentimes, when working with a family relocating for employment, they initially have their preferred criteria all over the map per se; however, by really listening and getting to know my clients, I am able to capture the unspoken word, to fully understand their respective lifestyles, desires and their needs for the entire family. Being a true relocation specialist takes genuine care, good people and listening skills, and extensive knowledge of the local cultures, amenities, and the communities I serve. Moving your family across the county, sometimes with only 30 days to find a new home, can undoubtedly be overwhelming. To ensure a smooth and stress-free move, I always try to provide a concierge level of service throughout their transition as well as beyond the move. I’ve built trusted relationships with many executive relocation companies, movers, handymen, handle banking and insurance needs, accountants, automobile leasing, the best restaurants, doctors, legal professionals, hair salons, grocery stores, child care professionals, dog groomers, and many other needed services to take the burden of the family.
Lastly, for those moving out of Michigan, my strong global reach is really the true value add. I've spent years cultivating trusted referral partnerships with top agents across the globe; this enables me to facilitate seamless transactions throughout the country for my clients.
What is one of your favorite client stories?
After helping many families sell their homes and find their next dream home, my favorite client story would be representing the same clients repeatedly! Further receiving referrals to help their friends, family, and colleagues and then later assisting their children; it's a very humbling and heartwarming feeling to become a generational real estate advisor.
