Five Park, the newest luxury residential tower rising in Miami Beach courtesy of Terra and GFO Investment, has revealed plans for the Canopy Club. The first residents-only, fully serviced social club within a condominium features an unrivaled social amenity package rooted in cultural programming, wellness and elevated culinary offerings.

Five Park boasts 50,000 square feet of in-house amenities and a three-acre park outside. Located on the 26th floor, the Canopy Club spans 40,000 square feet, including social spaces, which include a private dining room, jewel box bar and lounge, living rooms, library, den, outdoor terraces, wellness and fitness areas. If that doesn't sound enough like the dream place to call home, residents of Five Park will have their own stretch of the beach just a couple of blocks away at the Five Park private beach club. Located on South of Fifth, the outdoor club unveils a branded, exclusive section with lounge chairs, umbrellas and food and beverage service.
