Celebrities With Homes On the Market

Five well-known faces are currently searching for tenants for their homes, both in the country and across the pond.

1. Anne Hathaway

When Hathaway’s ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri plead guilty to charges of money laundering, wire fraud and conspiracy, that was the end of her Fifth Avenue Olympic Tower living. The 7,750-square-foot duplex is a true treasure: marble floor, five bedrooms and views of the Empire State Building, Central Park and St. Patrick's Cathedral make it perfection. Now, the incredible home is up for rent for a stifling $65,000 per month.

2. Will Smith

Channel your inner Will Smith in his five-bedroom place on Bond Street. Rent is $55,000 a month, with luxe features like two terraces and four fireplaces. Plus, the views from the floor-to-ceiling windows are stunning.

3. Marc Anthony

Rumor has it that Anthony’s West Hollywood home post-J.Lo breakup is up for rent. With five bedrooms, a pool house and lush greenery everywhere, is it worth the $23,800 per month rent?

4. Heather Mills

Paul McCartney's ex-wife’s house in East Sussex, England is currently up for lease for $12,800 a month. The spacious abode is accommodating, with eight bedrooms and six bathrooms. Note: the bathroom positioning is unconventional—one shower is completely open with no partitions, and all that stands between one of the bathtubs and the hallway is a mere curtain.

5. Frankie Muniz

Muniz is currently trying to rent out his Tuscan manor in Scottsdale, Arizona. The sprawling five-bedroom property features a media room and swimming pool, and is available for rent for $7,250 per month.
