Chablé Hotels, Mexico’s leading luxury hospitality and wellness group, has announced the opening of Chablé Yucatán Residences in Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. 28 residences will make up the luxury community.
The private residences will include nine five-bedroom Royal Villas with a four-story observatory tower and 19 three-bedroom Family Villas. The first residence will be completed by the end of 2022. Additional residences will be constructed and delivered turn-key 16 months after reservation.
Located in the resort’s lush jungle, the Chablé Yucatán Residences will exist in harmony with the environment, preserve the natural biodiversity of the Yucatán Peninsula, and respect Mayan culture.
With optimal indoor-outdoor living, the design of the single-level residences will feature luxurious interiors, a bar, library, state-of-the-art kitchen, and open dining and living rooms overlooking a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, and lounge area. The villas range from 10,400-24,667 square feet.
Conceptualized by architect Jose Carlos Lombana, and inspired by Mexican pyramids from Mesoamerican culture, the villas showcase traditional Mayan construction techniques using natural “Zacate” fiber-pitched roofing and textiles. Wood ceilings are contrasted by white Vermont marble floors and the facades are finished with locally sourced limestone.
Interiors, designed by Paulina Moran, draw inspiration from Mayan culture and Yucatán’s history to create spaces with stunning architecture, authentic Mexican aesthetics, and elegant modern comforts.
Residents will be granted access to the premium experiences and luxury amenities available at the 750-acre wellness resort, including the spa, highly acclaimed restaurants curated by Chef Jorge Vallejo, a wellness golf course, a fitness center, tennis courts, a pool, a kids club, a whitetail deer sanctuary and more. Private chefs and butlers are available upon request.
The presale window kicked off in September 2022, and pricing starts at $4 million USD for three-bedroom villas and $9 million USD for five-bedroom villas.
Owners will have the benefits of the Chablé membership and the option to put their residences into Chablé Yucatán’s hotel rental program.
