NYC’s largest single-family home just blew real estate records out of the water, listing at an unbelievable $130M.
The FDR residence offers East River views and is situated within River House, a building that reportedly housed Henry Kissinger and Rothschild heirs. The building was so exclusive that its private club even rejected the likes of Richard Nixon, Diane Keaton and Gloria Vanderbilt!
The private residence boasts 30 rooms, five levels, an indoor swimming pool, baby grand piano, private spa and wine cellar, and it was previously owned by Citigroup Inc head Sanford I. Weill.
