Chipotle Founder Steve Ells Lists NY Townhouse for $16.5-Million

Steve Ells, found of the wildly successful restaurant franchise Chipotle, has put his five-story West Village townhouse on the market for $16.5 million. The red brick home, located at 92 Jane Street, was built in 1901. The home boasts four bedrooms, a full-floor master suite, three full bathrooms and two powder rooms. Other amenities of the 24-foot-wide residence include four wood-burning fireplaces, a private garden and a reflecting pool. The home, which features a contemporary design, has the added bonus of being right next door to the Highline elevated park, the Hudson River, and the trendy Meatpacking District.
